Puppies - Requirements

• We require a legally binding contract. References are also required.
• We do not sell Christmas puppies, birthday puppies, etc.
• We are not a Beagle rental service.
• We do not sell puppies to brokers, dealers, puppy mills, pet shops or any other similar buyer.
• Anyone who inquires about a puppy must have a securely fenced yard (home inspection is required). No exceptions.
• All Family Companions are sold with a Limited AKC Registration and a legally binding spay/neuter contract. No exceptions.
• We are genetically selective with our breeding program, therefore we are selective regarding the future of each of our puppies.
• We do not sell puppies for hunting purposes.
• We do provide a written health guarantee.
• All shipping charges are at the buyer's expense and must be paid in advance, including Health Certificates and crates.

• Prices for puppies are discussed only upon availability and approval. We do not accept checks or offer refunds.  All deposits are non-refundable.
